Edison first cut hair in Pine Bush in this same room. Now he owns the shop and runs it as a home for barbers, stylists and local businesses.
Edison's story
A lot of Edison's clients sat in his chair for the first time at 29 Boniface Dr. He went on to run his own shop in Walker Valley until a roof leak forced a move. When this space opened up, he took it over and built Nino's Suites.
The shop is named for his father, Nino Ramos (1958–2024), his best friend and guide. "Nino's is Father's Day every day," Edison says. Read the story behind Nino's.
Today his chair sits beside master barber Justin Mercer and Blair Brown of Golden Brown Grooming, with Chéchi Chateaux on the salon side and Yonita's Café pouring free coffee.
